For my husband, a pancake as big as a plate, served with a whole pitcher of syrup, tea that actually came hot and with honey. . .very nice! For me my usual breakfast on a roadtrip, a BLT (not on breakfast menu but they let me order it as long as I did not want frys) and fruit. They used... More

We went for breakfast when the College Drive Cafe wait was too long for our plans. Overall it was a nice breakfast. My dish was flavorful and better than average. When the waitress was asked a side of green chile for some eggs we got what looked like chilie with hamburger and beans in it. This close to New Mexico?... More

We came here with 3 couples during Snowdown. We arrived at 11am and some of us wanted lunch and others wanted breakfast. This seemed to be a really big deal and it affected where we could sit. Our group ended up being split between the counter and a table. The 5 other people in our group got and finished their... More

Just had lunch at Oscar's today. Very tasty food and good service. Lots of local atmosphere and dependable menu. Always fun to watch the train circle above your head.

We all really enjoyed this place. There was 6 of us and it's a little bit smaller of a place but they still fit us in. The food was amazing, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was wonderful.

Nice little place, fun atmosphere and clean. My son loved his chocolate shake and my omelet was really good. Excellent service. Worth a try!

It's hard to stand out in the breakfast category, but this place is great! Service was fast and friendly. We got The Peak (famous hash browns, cheese and diced ham fried together with eggs on top) and biscuits and gravy which also came out with hash browns and eggs all stacked and covered in the gravy. The gravy is legit,... More

While visiting Durango, we were looking for a casual place to have breakfast. We saw Oscar's had a good rating on Yelp so we thought we'd give it a try. It is a small restaurant and there was a short wait for a seat because it was packed. When our food came, we certainly understood why. It was probably the... More

We were on a camping trip when we were surprised by a late season snow. I have been snowed on in July, so no big deal. We just did not feel like dealing with it. Packed up and drove to town. No idea where to go, so we asked. This guy we just stopped on the sidewall told us Oscar's.... More
