This is my second time at the Bagel Deli. The mistake I made the first time was ordering the breakfast....eh....and not experiencing the full range of possibilities offered. I did not make the same mistake again. Corned beef sandwich...excellent, soup excellent....everything excellent. A taste of home, good service and a warmth you find in a neighborhood restaurant.

An actual honest East coast deli in south Denver, worth the drive no matter where you live. Matzo balls almost as big as a baseball. The pastrami reminds me of my grandmothers kitchen 40+ years ago. True heaven in a food experience. The deli area is always busy but efficient, service is quick and caring. If I lived closer I... More

The food is delicious. There are lots of breakfast options, including several choices for vegetarians. I would recommend coming here for good food and a comfortable atmosphere.

Many restaurants have good food - but few have a true experience. Bagel Deli was full of flavor, family, and fun. We felt warm and welcome - and it was more than just the soup. I left with a full tummy and an education on knish, matzo balls, and pastrami. Don't miss a blintz of jalapeño cheddar knish!!!

Ambience perfect for a great breakfast; kosher foods, varied menu, kind and speedy service in spite of how popular and packed it can be. Breakfast or lunch ( the hot pastrami on pumpernickel so big you can't get your mouth around it!! Bring your hearty appetite!

We visited on a Sunday morning. The place is in a strip mall near the freeway--very easy to get to. Very nice and engaging staff, especially Bagel Joe. We decided to do takeout after noticing that the place was less than half full. We did bagels and lox, and cream cheese and scrambled eggs and beef baken. We all agreed... More

Best lox plate in Denver! From the crisp sesame bagel to the capers imbedded in your cream cheese... Ultra fresh lox make it sing! Great family atmosphere with Jewish comfort foods! Great deli and bakery worth your visit! Usually smokin busy but they are quick in the kitchen....Enjoy!

The Bagel is a Denver fixture. It's an authentic East Coast-style deli, the best place for real bagels (not those yucky soft things you find in grocery stores), pastrami, chopped liver and traditional deli foods. The challah French toast is to die for. The same family has run the Bagel for years and that's part of what makes it special... More

I was homesick for a good pastrami sandwich like I readily found in the Jewish neighborhoods around Detroit. Oh my gosh, the huge Pastrami, New York style with coleslaw and Russian dressing is even better than what I could get at my old Detroit favorite deli. I've brought two groups of friends, who have become enamored and spread the word... More
