The Tavern is not far from Civic Park. Menu is traditional pub food but abundant and nicely prepared.

Had lunch here after a visit to the Denver Art Museum. Food was very good, fries were great, its a bit more bar like but also had a nice weekend brunch. I would definitely go back.

Great bar, but stay away from the food. Greasy filled tacos, under or over done pizza, same with the burgers, bread and buns are usually stale, and salads are wilted. If not for the TV/Sports and decent drinks I would not bother....

The restaurant is nice to stop by for a quick bite and visit with friends. I've been for lunch with co-workers and the service is good and fairly fast. The food is decent, nothing I'd highlight but portions are good.
