We visit WaterCourse every time when we are in Denver. Their food is amazing. My picky non-vegan sons found pancakes to eat. Wish we had this type of vegan food at home. The service is slow but the food is worth it.
We were delighted to find Watercourse Foods on a recent trip to Denver. Excellent and most generous servings of inventive vegan food. Well worth the short wait for a table. A bit noisy but pleasant ambience. Wish they were closer to home.
Took out the team for a holiday lunch, needed to be able to accommodate Vegan and GF. Everyone was able to find something that wanted and the comments around the table were "delicious", "can't believe this is vegan"!
