We love to eat outside. This is one of the biggest joys of living in Denver which the low humidity and warm nights during the spring, summer and fall. Fuel Cafe in River North is one great outside dining experience. The food is delicious, the outdoor patio is peaceful and lovely and as a bonus for dog lovers its a... More

A great place to eat with friends as most of the dishes can be easily shared. The restaurant is tucked away in an industrial/residential park--lots of parking. There is a limited menu--but everything is fresh and made from scratch. Don't expect lightning-fast food delivery. Good food takes TIME! We started with some hand-crafted cocktails--fresh to the max ingredients for their... More

Came for brunch and the food was okay, but over-priced. The chicken biscuit is a huge chunk of chicken, impossible to eat by hand, and we were offered no condiments for it or the fried potatoes, so it was a very dry dish. The benedict was good, definitely unique. Service was slow and we felt ignored, not receiving water refills... More

Definitely not ordinary, in fact rather extraordinary. From the edgy industrial decor to the very accomodating and stylishly modern wait staff(Jess our waitress shiny in both categories.) to the totally surprisingly eclectic menu, Fuel is an experience. The menu changes monthly. On this evening there was a chicken, barramundai, steak, and pork offering prepared perfectly and beautifully presented. The desserts... More

We love Fuel. Started going there for lunch after volunteer work in the neighborhood. We used to try lots of different spots, but Fuel is always so good, reliable, and they treat us like family. I enjoy the ever changing menu, soups are always inventive and good, and everything is prepared with care. Dinner is a treat as well. The... More

Tucked into one of the earliest new developments in the happening RiNo neighborhood, Fuel has consistently delicious food & drink, and is often not as crowded as the spots at The Source and other venues nearby. Highly recommended.

This is a great place to go for a romantic bike to dinner...or...heck, have your rehearsal dinner here. I did. The food is really really good. 5 stars for sure. Romantic seating on the patio. There's a private room in the back for parties. They were very accommodating for the rehearsal dinner. I would give them a 5 star rating,... More

Went here last night with some old time friends. Service was good, and our waiter was very in tune with the menu. However, the servings are small to mediocre, and borderline worth the price (the duck was worth the price). The steak was approximately a 5 ounce serving and showed up cold. The cocktails were on the funky side, (bad... More

Cafe Fuel is not easy to find - but keep looking because they provide a unique dining experience. With a group of 25 - the staff held their own with exceptional service and food. Enjoyed the pork bun and flat iron steak!

Brunch upon recommendation of friends, yet was disappointed. There is no kid friendly menu, and though I appreciate the effort at farm to table, they try too hard. I ordered french toast, which I was warned ahead of time was not served with traditional syrup. The bread was thickly sliced and soaked in egg, but served overcooked and raw in... More
