Spent three days visiting The Brown Palace Hotel, great restaurants, good food and a teriffic cigar bar. Very enjoyable, not overly crowded and treated with the upmost respect. A must visit when in Denver.

Men don't usually find themselves having tea, but this was a special occasion as we were visiting our daughter in Denver for the holidays. The tea selections were plentiful and you need to ask for suggestions if you are not familiar with teas. I was happy with a dark tea. There are appetizing 'crumpets' for jelly, then a variety of... I stayed at the Brown several times some twenty years ago and it seems some things are the same and some have changed. Unchanged are the gracious greeting staff. Wonderful. Food and drinks in the ship's tavern are perfect. Then the room. Checked in about 4:30 and called guest services for shampoo and soap. None came. Called at 6:30. None... More

We went to Mother's Day Brunch last week and I have to say this is the best brunch in the Denver metro area! From the incredibly fresh (and large) shrimp cocktail, to the seafood salad which had huge pieces of crab claw meat (and was nearly a meal in itself). Everything that we ate was spectacular including the eggs benedict,... More

Went to the Easter Brunch last week and I wasn't disappointed. For starters the champagne was not your usual buffet kind. We had a bottle of Moët and then the rest of the afternoon Chandon. We gave our waiter an extra $20 at the start so that he would keep our glasses full and he did. The excellent items were... More

We went to the Brown Palace as part of my birthday celebration. We had high tea along with scones & cream, little sandwiches (petit fours) & dessert. The setting was beautiful in this renovated centrally opened hotel dating to the 19th century. What a treat.

I always enjoy a visit to Churchill's at the Brown Palace when I'm in Denver. The selection in the humidor is good, pricing reasonable all things considered, great selection of adult beverages, great service, good ventilation and if you are in the mood, great food.

Beautiful old hotel. Somewhat pricey but worth it just to stroll through the lobby. Great old architecture.

Took the family out to brunch here after a wedding. It was pricey 60 to 70 for brunch a piece depending on if you wanted champagne . That said it was the best brunch I have been to anywhere. The food options were incredible. Seafood was wonderful, meat choices were many and tasty. They had made to order omelets. Plenty... More
