The restaurant called us at 5 pm to cancel our 6 pm reservation. We were told their water line was broken earlier that day, and the restaurant could not open. However, the restaurant had called earlier in the afternoon to CONFIRM our reservation. The cancellation...More

My wife and I dined at Soupçon the evening of 9/29/18, 6:00 seating. The food was very good, but for the price I wanted excellent. We spent over $250 which included 2 glasses of wine each, we each had the Pear Salad and we split...More

Everything was delicious. The pork belly appetizer was to die for. The lamb chops and beef Wellington are highly recommended and Loved, Loved the lime soufflé. It’s pricey but worth it for a special treat.

Though there are several excellent restaurants in this tiny town, Soupcon is the very best. In a tiny, antique miner’s shackipdated to comfortable elegance, Soupcon is a must visit when visiting Crested Butte. Under new chef-ownership just this year, Soupcon competes admirably with the best...More

I much prefer touting places I like but, we were fans of the old "Soupcon." First, the place is really loud. A waiter came to the table that was so loud (not our asking) and asked them to be more quiet. I wonder if they...More

Our impression of Soupçon was of a first class restaurant with a charming atmosphere, unique food choices and combinations, and wonderful service. We enjoyed the entire dinner experience - delicious and beautifully presented!

A small intimate restaurant, ideal for that special occasion. A funky entry off an alley (an old garage maybe?) so not readily evident as you walk down the busy main drag of town. But excellent staffing and excellent food.

It has been three years since visiting this upscale restaurant in Crested Butte and was very disappointed. I was anticipating a fantastic dinner experience which is expected at a restaurant that is priced for perfection. The ambience is limited by cramped uncomfortable seating with poor...More

Our group had a wonderful meal at Soupcon. We started with martinis. They were beautiful and perfectly prepared. Each appetizer had unique, delicious elements. The scallops particularly were the best I've ever had. I had the steak for dinner. Mouthwatering. Every plate our table ordered...More

For a restaurant this nice, I would not wear jeans. Think "mountain chic" instead. Kakis, a dress with leggings, or something similar is more appropriate.

In looking through CB catering I don't see it. Call them and see if they might, they don't advertise it.
