Had a very nice meal(s) with the Breck Passport (2/1) . We are locals and like the Briar because it is relatively quiet and a nice wine list. We had the crab cake app,and prime rib & filet...all prepared and presented perfectly. Like to go...More

Husband had my strip. I had double cut filet. Steaks cooked perfect. we had asparagus and mashed potatoes for sides so delicious. Chocolate pistachio terrine was a great finale to a wonderful dinner. Don't mind the price for the quality of food we received.

My wife and I both had the trout, and it was very good. The manager, David, was polite and energetic. Our server, Ben, was helpful and efficient. We would be happy to visit again.

Excellent restaurant and will definitely return the next time I am in Breck. This is an upscale steak, seafood or wild game restaurant. Delicious.

We visited BriarbRose Chip House after two other restaurants we tried were closed for most of May. So glad we did! The Prime rib was wonderful but more importantly the side dishes were delicious and generous servings. Our waiter was personable and professional. Truly a...More
