I am not a Vegan, nor will I ever be, but Friday at Jill's holds a special place in my heart and palate. Everything is tasty, deserves to be sampled, and it is only $12.00. I don't know what I did in a previous life to deserve to have this loveliness thrust upon me, but I am sure glad I... More

Was looking forward to returning to Boulder for a special evening and chose Jill's over our long time favorite, the Red Lion Inn. Was so disappointed. While the dining room was beautiful and the food presentation was very nice, the quality and service was not on point. Kale salad was bland and so finely chopped it was a challenge to... More

My 1st dinner at Jill's and my husband's 2nd and it was amazing! We had reservations via opentable, arrived early to have cocktails at the bar. 2 Grey Goose martinis and they were a nice pour by a friendly bartender. One more martini for my husband and we heading into the restaurant and seated at a lovely large table near... More

It is easy for a an eatery to deliver on a good dish, harder to deliver on a good meal overall. But hardest of all is no bad meals over the course of say 6 visits in a year. Servers come and servers go, some have been there for a while which is good. Bussers seem to never be the... More

I truly fantastic restaurant. I live in Boulder and stayed (at a "local rate") at the St. Julian and went to dinner at Jills for my 1 year wedding anniversary and they gave us exceptional service (including champaign on the house). The food was high-class. This is the finest hotel and restaurant in Boulder. Very classy and every detail is... More

Lovely place for dinner. Our complementary French Snales were amazing. Choice of wine was nice and the waitres let us try a few first before we made up our mind. My sea bass was well prepared and good mix of flavours.

We hadn't been here for months.......but our experience never disappoints. Class personified w/white tablecloths and napkins.......attentive service .......and delicious food. We were hungry today and stuffed ourselves silly. I started with soup: vegatable. YUM. Then went on to salad. There were 3 available and I took some of each: GRAND. With four different pizza, I took a small slice from... More

Located in the beautiful St. Julien Hotel, the restaurant is a lovely dining venue with both American and French cuisine. Charming atmosphere for romantic occasions and private parties as well as delicious brunch or dining with family and friends. Atmosphere and ambience are quiet and serene with an attentive staff who aim to please.

My husband and I went for Sunday brunch this past Sunday, Dec. 18, 2016 and were very disappointed. Service was fantastic but the food selections left a lot to be desired. There were no fresh salads. The only salad they had was a pasta salad. The pasta and shrimp dish was dried out. The cheeses on the cheese platter were... More

We dined at Jill's for lunch with friends at the end of October 2016. Most of us had the buffet. Generally the food was good to very good. Some dishes were sub-par, however. The bean soup was lukewarm, oysters on the half shell had already turned and were inedible, the stuffed pasta shells were tasteless. Pizza was good, beef was... More
