Classic steakhouse food with attentive service ( thanks Mitch!) in an old school atmosphere. The drinks were cold, the food cooked as ordered and served hot and delicious.

I have been here before and the quality is consistent.... despite the fact that it was Valentines Day, which is often stressful for business dinners. Appetizers were tasty. I can recommend the calamari. The steaks were en point. I can recommend this place

Per husband, this place served him the best prime rib ever. Perfectly cooked and seasoned. My salmon was exceptional as well. Service was top notch. Would definitely go back.

The name says it all -- this is a chop house, and a pretty good one. Not Morton's or Capital Grille but a long shot but a pretty reliable place to get a decent steak in Boulder. Other menu items are pretty secondary. Decor and atmosphere are nothing special but are certainly ok for a chop house.

I recently ate at the Chophousse and was pleasantly surprised. The food was very good, service was excellent, and the atmosphere very cozy and first class. We will be returning soon.

I went for the day special, filet with mashed potatoes and two kinds of sauce. It was well presented, cooked properly but not too juicy. We also had mixed appetizers, which was a good option for a large group. A pale IPA was a good start, followed by gods red wine. The service was fast and professional. The room had... More

A great table of steaks. I had the New York strip, my wife had the filet, our son had the Porterhouse. All were perfect!! No seasoning, no sauce required, just good steak. Relaxing environment and wonderful service all topped off a great dining experience.

I love a good steakhouse. The service was exceptional My medium rare prime rib eye was medium. Quite tasty but wish it was medium rare. Overall great place. Wish they had more prime options. Every other steak is choice. Crust on the key lime pie is to die for. In general i would go to this place again Yummy I... More

We love the Happy Hour prices and the food is quite good but the service is always very slow. We must have waited 15 minutes for our drinks. I ordered my burger medium and it came out almost rare. I complained and the waitress apologized and took it back. I think they opened the burger and placed it cut side... More
