Went for lunch. They had fish and chips as a special. Portions of Fish were small, actually they were tiny, smaller than small. Over cooked with parts of the fish batter burnt. Heavy grease all over both the fish and chips. The fries were small potatoes that had been smashed into flat poker chips. Weird but not the right kind... More

Great atmosphere and beer. Not much for beets, but an incredible vegetarian beet burger. Paired perfectly with a local IPA. SO YUMMY!

We ended up here because we were starving and it ratedwell. Interior is nice. Are they calling it shabby chic? Anyway, I ordered the salmon burger and hubby ordered a Greek salad and some sort of sausage business. I enjoyed the house wine. I enjoyed my burger as well. He also enjoyed his meal. However, menu stated that mine would... More

Great vibe in this place. Very reasonable prices for an upscale, plain type of place. Kid friendly, saw lots of young kids that seemed quiet and happy. Pub type menu with exquisite attention to detail and the QUALITY of the food. You won't get megaloads of food, but what you do get will be nutritious, flavorful and satisfying. Sunday acoustic... We had 5 apps for lunch, all were good. Didn't sample any entrees, but I am guessing they are pretty good too.

There's a good few choices of food joints near here, but we liked the look of here & tried it out. The food we had was great, tasty & we really enjoyed it!

Stopped in for a quick bite in a Saturday. Came at an off time for lunch, a little later in the day. I thought I was forgotten by the server but once they realized their error it was great. My wife and I each had salads and wine. Salads were large and fresh and the perfect size for a late... More

My chicken wings were pretty dreadful -- in terms of the quality of the meat itself (gross), the sauce, and the cooking. I was put off even though starving. My husband's chicken sandwich was 2 tenders, not breast. We had dates wrapped in bacon and got only 3. Don't bother.

'Next Door' is one of those places that you can't really fault, but there is just nothing special about it. It gives out a mixed message, I was still not sure if it is a 'healthy place' (lots of deep fried stuff) or a 'delicious food' (a big focus on organic food options) or a 'cool' type of place. I...
