Well, the title says it all. Even though a holiday weekend Friday evening, service was fast. We even made some special requests out of sequence, and the waiter handled it in good humor. This is one of those "mix at your table" guacamole places, which I don't get much from, but some like it. The chips come with two sauces... More

I'm not normally a fan of chain restaurants as I often find the menu selections boring, staid, uninviting and usually highly over salted. That being said, Cantina Laredo in Boulder surprised me. The atmosphere is casually elegant and laid back. I ordered a classic margarita, rocks, no salt. Fresh, bright and clean. Their complimentary salsas, mild and spicy, have a... More

Ordered fajita camerones- looked up photo online. I was to receive bacon wrapped shrimp stuffed with cheese and it included grilled pineapple. No bacon, no cheese, no pineapple. Not anything like description or advertisement.

Went with a friend for a drink and nice happy hour tacos. We sat at bar and enjoyed the people watching too. Happy hour attracts all kinds. Fun crowd.

We had a family dinner and chose CL due to past experience. They put together a big table for us and we had 2 waiters and support staff taking care of us. The food is unique and well prepared. Everything from appetizers to desserts. Drinks were good as well.

Our office visited the restaurant on a Tuesday evening. It escapes me how the host/hostess cannot comprehend a simple request for seating. We asked for a table, not a booth for 6 people. We were told you can have a booth or a table for 5 and add a chair. Hostess (Grace) seated us in a booth and when our... More

Bad news first, server talked my wife into a Perfect Patron margarita at $12.25. She can't tell one tequila from another. Maybe for a connoisseur this would be great just a total up the bill for her. On the other hand I had two of their house margaritas at happy hour prices for $10. We shared the top shelf guacamole... More

We have been to several Cantina Laredo locations over the years, including Forth Worth, Dallas, Branson and one of our favorites, this one in Boulder, CO. We visited Cantina Laredo in October 2016 while on a short vacation to Rocky Mountain National Park. We have been to this particular restaurant before and looked forward to our visit. For some reason... More

We had a super great night. As a starter we had the fresh made guacamole, prepared next to our table. And after that I had a dish whit lovely vegetables, I asked for chicken on the side. And that was no problem. The waiters were super nice. I would definitely recommend this place to everybody!
