Splendido is part of our yearly pilgrimage to Beaver Creek and it never fails to deliver. The food, ambiance and service is terrific. My Wild Mushroom soup and Colorado Rack of Lamb was delicious. The whole group had just accolades for the place. Hope to...More

Food, service, experience were amazing. We went as a family for a birthday dinner. Service was incredible. Wine was outstanding. Food exceeded our expectations!

While the roaring fire with wine was stupendous and the appetizers were absolutely wonderful, the main course was poor (i.e., COLD mash truffled potatoes, and cold lamb). The taste of the main course was poor at best. It was bland, and lifeless. After having visited...More

Very good food, very good service ... but wow it’s expensive. I guess that’s to be expected in Beaver Creek. I highly recommend for special occasions.

I had never been to this restaurant as it is off the beaten path. While there are several fine dining options in Beaver Creek, the food & atmosphere set this one apart. Menu is original and full of flavor- many fish options. We enjoyed drinks...More

There is no dress code. I wouldn’t wear a t-shirt, shorts and flip-flops, but it is common to see men in jeans and sport shirts.
