We were there on a football night, WOW the TV screen HUGE! We were placed with full view! We started with of their Slaughter Lager pitcher which saves time and money for all. The Beef Enchilada and Chicken Burrito were both excellent. Their salsa and chips delicious. Location being slopeside and within Beaver Creek Village the best as we were... More

The Coyote Cafe has an awesome location in Beaver Creek Village, just one escalator down from the main lift on Beaver Creek Mountain, it is awesome place to grab a bite either mid-day or after skiing. We enjoy the fish tacos and chip, salsa, and guacamole! Service was great and fun ambiance!

We have been here many times. Food is tasty, quantities are not skimpy, and prices are very reasonable. They have an Apres Ski happy hour with a pitcher of Bud for $20, and a platter of 15 tacos for $30, so it is crammed at those times, with small groups getting a great bargain. We go often for lunch or... More

We had the fish tacos and a large order of salsa and queso. The queso was really bad --- taste and consistency were what you would get at a football stadium. The salsa was good, but the portion size was very small with no refill. The fish tacos were unlike any I've ever had. No cabbage, way too much cheese...we... More

Great margaritas. The carnitas is worth the extra price on anything. Love the nachos as well. Nice staff. Fills up quickly. Nice outdoor area.

Absolutely a locals hang. Not the place for uptight Beaver Creek folks - at least not after hours. We've been stopping by when we're here off-season, when usually local workers are chilling and the bartenders are witty and don't put up with any crap. If you can show up here and be down to earth and decent, all good. But... More

A great place to eat in the area especially for a hungry family post hiking or skiing. Wings, burgers, fries are all very good. Service is very good even when busy.

Stopped in for lunch while skiing and they sat us (at our choice) outside and the burger I ordered (swiss cheese with mushroom) was absolutely the best burger I have had in 50 years. The greatness didn't stop with the bun, which was exquisite, along with the beef and ample mushrooms. I'll be back for sure. Brad is a great,... More

Lunch and dinner treats tacos different, i.e. Can mix tacos, 2 barbacoa, 2 shrimp but they don't let you mix at lunch. Pretty good drink options, standard food. Pork chili was good and spicy and Barbacoa tacos yummy. Son enjoyed nachos.

The Coyote is a great place for Apres. The food is decent, there's a good selection of drinks and the service is good. It's a fun place for some beers and an app after skiing.

Thank jgiano
