Ordered a beef chimichanga and the seafood mojete (a seafood gumbo served in a black stone bowl). Portions were huge and the food was excellent. Arrived during happy hour and got sizable, well-made margaritas for under $5 each.

We have been going to El Korita Mexican restaurant for at least 15 years and always stop there once or twice for dinner when travelling to nearby Aspen or Glenwood Springs. They make great traditional Mexican food but their Cerviche tostada and seafood dishes are...More

It is hard to decide what is worse, the customer service of the food. My meal arrived cold, the food and the plate. The waitress delivered it and left and did not return even to see if we wanted another drink. I literally had to...More

We are culinary experts for Mexican food. And El Korita is truly a great place! The portion sizes are out of this world (trust me and order less than you think)! But they are known for the meat dishes and especially the fish dishes. The...More

Love the atmosphere, very festive! Huge selection of meals from simple tacos to full lobster selections. Loved the Ceviche and shrimp tacos, the beef burrito were very good too. The Margaritas were plentiful, loved it.

This is the place we meet friends from up and down the valley for Mexican. It is worth the drive from Aspen every time we really crave authentic Mexican. They have a extensive menu of classic items, but I order the seafood molcajetes so often...More

I was very disappointed with the food but more with the service. The server was very unattractive. We had a group of 8 and I felt that he knew he was getting a tip no matter what so he just didn't care. The empanadas I...More
