We enjoyed this restaurant so much that we decided to eat here two nights in a row. My oldest son ate the shrimp and sausage mac & cheese both nights. My husband and I both sampled it and it was "to die for". He desire...More

Smoke has two restaraunts in the area, one in Willits, and one in Glenwood Springs, near the bridge. Both are excellent. You get a choice of several wonderful sauces to spice up your order. The BBQ is smoky and rich, the choices excellent, and the...More

My two star rating is strictly directed at the owners inability to meet a very reasonable customer request. I simply asked to have my side salad served before my entree. The waitress told me that would not be possible. I asked to speak with the...More

I meet some friends here for brunch recently. Their brunch menu has some more unusual items and was very good. My son had the beef brisket hash which was excellent and allowed him to try the variety of barbeque sauces on our table. I had...More

Went back to Smoke tonight for dinner. We shared the three meat combo. We had wet ribs, sausage, brisket and the sides were spinach and burnt end mac and cheese. It was good and we will go back.

This place was so good. Our family of seven all loved our meals. The Cubano is to die for with the smoked pork in it. Don't pass this place up, it's fantastic. Service was great also.

We had a great experience at Smoke! Food was excellent and portions were HUGE! Service was excellent as well. The only drawback was that the resturant was noisy, hard to hear others in our party.But....Great Food!

While I did not specifically note the availability of gluten free options, Aspen and down-valley restaurants, like those in El Jebel, are usually aware of dietary preferences for their customers. Have you looked for online... More

We are a neighborhood-oriented, made from scratch, casual restaurant. The feel is young, hip transcending the perception of BBQ restaurants past. Serving a variety of draft and bottled microbrews representing local breweries and popular brews from great BBQ regions (Texas, the Carolinas, Memphis/Arkansas and Kansas City) we feature an approachable wine list and a full line of spirits. The menu is driven by the chefs and their Southern roots, the Great American BBQ traditions as well as seasonal and regional products.
