Stopped for lunch on our way into Joshua Tree National Park and were pleasantly surprised. Fresh warm chips with excellent salsa, chili verde burrito, chicken fajitas, fillet relleno de mariscos were all really great.

Large menu with plenty of authentic Mexican foods. Good horchata, burritos, fajitas, and fish. Friendly service.

First off: I know others who say that they've had better experiences than this. But I have to be truthful to our experience on our day. Service: was frantic and frankly rude when I asked if he could help me find something that was gluten-free....More

You must eat Mexican at least once while visiting the yucca valley and this is a good choice. I had a mixed dish with a little of everything and the portions, flavors and even the rice and beans were good. Service was great and friendly....More

We’ve had the Fiesta platter more times than we can count because of the variety you get for the price. Feeds 2 hearty eaters and three not so hearty eaters. Two of each: taco salads, tacos, taquitos, small chili relents, & cheese enchilada.

We think Las Palmas is the best Mexican restaurant in the Morongo Basin. The outside is old (actually an old house) as is the inside but it is clean. The staff was great. The food was fantastic. The cost is on par with all restaurants...More

I ate here with my family on a weekday evening. The food is really good and very reasonably priced. The staff are really friendly and helpful. So if you like Mexican food and even if you’re not sure, give it a try.
