Good food expertly prepared on grill in front of you. Chef expertly tosses food to patrons. Not my favorite excercise but many seemed to like it. Large portions for group.

I agree that it isn't fancy, but the food was fantastic and the chef superb. Husband is allergic to mushrooms and they were very accommodating. No wait if you have a reservation.
They do a great job of feeding people good food and putting on a show. Nothing fancy about this place but then there doesn't need to be. You're there for the Teppanyaki style food and a bit of a show. Portions are pretty big. Be...More
I love this place. You sit around the grill and they prepare your food for you. Their steak is tender, moist and delicious. Love the rice and grilled vegetables. Great place to go with a group. You can dress casual. They are not open for...More

There are lots of "wanta be" Japanese steak houses but Bari Bari is the real deal, the greatest part of the restaurant are the people. My family and I have been going there for years and never had a bad meal or time.
This is similar to other Teppanyaki restaurants, but I liked that it had another whole page where you could order your own combinations of proteins instead of having to decide on just one. (Maybe other places do this, but the last restaurant that I went...More
