We didn't stay overnight here, so I cannot comment on the rooms. Since our event was a wedding and reception, our dinner menu was set and not from the regular menu. However, if our dinner was an indication of the food here, it's a wonderful place to eat. The filet mignon was just great as was the chicken and the... More

Have been going here on Easter Sunday with the family for the last four years. The mansion provides a welcoming and well-manicured oasis in the middle of orchards and right across the levy from a slough off the American River. The drive out is beautiful, particularly on a sunny day. The mansion, itself, is breathtaking with dining rooms on the... More

We held our wedding there on June 28th.. Everything was perfect. The site is beautiful, as was told to us by many guests. The food was excellent, buffet style and much above in quality. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. Stephanie and I both recommend this place very highly. Everything was 5 stars.

The mansion was having an event the day we were there, so we were unable to go inside. But, it was still worth it to walk around the grounds. It's really quite lovely.

5 of us had Sunday Brunch for a friends upcoming wedding. It was so lovely. From the moment you step foot into the mansion you are greeted and made to feel like a very welcome guest. We were seating in the dining room because the main room was booked for a wedding party. Which was exciting to see the bride... More

We have lived in Sacramento over 40 years and had never ventured to this place. It was an easy drive from Sacramento with lots of time for conversation with with friends. When we arrived, we were seated in a sunny indoor courtyard right away with mimosas. Note: We didn't know it when we made the reservation, but we could have... More

I went with two friends for Sunday Brunch-We Loved It. From the wonderful gentlemen concierge to the great waiters-it was a very enjoyable day. The food was very good and the Mimosa's were non-stop, We really enjoyed that they let you look at some of the guest rooms and the beautiful downstairs. The grounds are gorgeous. A great hidden gem... More

I wouldn't return here for the Brunch . The French toast, prime rib, and crepes were very good, but I was disappointed by the Eggs Benedict because the Canadian ham and English muffin were so tough that I had a lot of trouble cutting through them. I really enjoyed looking around the Mansion, but I wouldn't want to stay there.... More

We were looking forward to a special meal since it was our anniversary. We arrived walked around the grounds they were nice. Walked inside, the building had that old musty smell. It wasn't overpowering but it was there. We were seated towards the back of the room. They said it was the ballroom/dining room. They couldn't tell me if it... More
