We had the sweet and sour protein balls - average. But the dumplings, eggplant, and won ton soup were all amazing!

Love the vegetarian food, so good! This is my second visit to this great restaurant even though it is about 4hours drive from where i came from. There is usually a long wait just to get seated and to receive the food, but for me it is worth while being patient.

This restaurant is functioning from 11 AM to 3 PM on all days except Tuesdays. The food provided is Chinese vegetarian and very healthy and tasty.

I enjoy the food at Jyun Kang every time I visit! If you go with a large group you can sample more of the offered dishes since the portions are generous! My favorite recipes are the mushrooms or eggplant. I have enjoyed every single dish I have ever ordered here.

A bit out of the way, but if you are visiting the 10,000 Buddhas temple, be sure to stop here for lunch. The place is without artifice, with prompt service and a wide variety of vegetarian and vegan offerings. Very low cost. Surprisingly good, and you can taste the dedication.

You drive in through a large gate into the Buddhist compound. The restaurant is kind of small and homey. The servers were awesome: One older young man and two kids. The older one was so patient, and smiled all the time. We went with my Aunt who had been there a few times, so she ordered her favorites, and my... More

I make it a point to eat here if I am in Northern California. I actually schedule my commutes around making this a priority food experience. They are closed on Tuesdays and only open for lunch. I have been eating here for years and cannot say enough about the purity in the food. It is located in the City of... More

Perfect food for a vegetarian meal, can't count how many times we have traveled over two hundred miles to eat at Jyun Kang and two hundred miles back home. I have learned so much from our meals at Jyun Kang. Perfect service and excellent food.

Being a vegetarian this sanctuary is a god send. Simple historic setting on an 80 acre compound. Much of their produce is grown on the property. Friendly Buddhist operation with no tipping required. If you do eat meat you won't miss out for they have mock meat dishes so you would not know the difference. I thank them for being... More

Polite place to go where you can't wander the grounds because this is also the site of Buddist schools for young people. Food is completely vegan, clean of even onions and garlic, nice sauces, but I found it overpriced for what you actually receive in comparison to other asian restaurants. A trek from town, and really, it is only vegetables... More
