At sea Ranch Lodge. Great views, service, food. Loved every bit of it. Staff is amazing. We had everything we needed all on the Lodge premises

One of the few options to eat in the area, we'd hoped for better but it did the trick and fed us. We sat at the bar since there are 2 large TVs and we wanted to watch the NFL games (they even had the NFL redzone package!). So for the bar/TV we were happy - and the house chardonnay... More

We have been going to sea ranch over Christmas break for the past few years. Each year we set one night to dine at Black Point Grill. Usuallly their food is very good and the prices reasonable. This year we were a bit disappointed in the quality and prices of the food. I ordered the seasonal salad and the mussels.... More

Over the last 8 days I spent three nights sitting at the bar at the Black Point Grill to watch the Golden State Warriors. I ordered from the menu and found their their fried calamari, clam chowder, burgers and their mixed green salad to be delicious. Those that kept the bar were very hospitable and attentive to the needs of... More

I would highly recommend having dinner in the lodge. The food is simple and good. Coming from Australia we have wonderful choice for food and this restaurant is the closest thing I found to our restaurants and food. We really enjoyed it!

Literally the only place for miles, and unfortunately the staff seem to know it. This results in inconsistent attention. We came in Saturday night for an early dinner. Realizing everyone came in and was sat at once, we expected a wait. Especially after our last visit. Our server came quickly and soon drinks, appetizer, and dinner followed. We waited for... More

We have been dining at the Black Point Grill for almost 30 years. The food prep and service has always been inconsistent. This last visit was a disappointment. I ordered the cobb salad with crab cakes. The two crab cakes were bite-size. The shrimp tasted watery. However, they do make good sweet potato fries. The service was lousy but that... More

I had the fish and chips for lunch. The fish was fresh Pacific Rock Cod, tender and flaky with a nice caper tarter sauce. The cole slaw was fresh and made there as well. Nice. For dinner I had their Grilled Black Angus New York steak with chive mashed potatoes, rainbow carrots, Point Reyes Blue Cheese, and demi glaze. The... More

Very friendly restaurant at the Sea Lodge Hotel. Well stocked bar and some nice wine options. Food was a very average and a touch bland. However the clam chowder was very good. A meal all by itself. Great service and never rushed. Pleasant atmosphere.

We ate both breakfast and dinner while staying at the lodge. Service in the dinning room was very good. The food was pretty average but the view of the ocean made up for it. I get the feeling they cater mostly to the guests of the lodge and not so much the locals.
