You would never guess that some of the best Italian food is tucked away in a strip mall off of busy Lawrence Expressway. This is a great place in Silicon Valley for good Italian food and pizza. The service is good, food is good and it's definitely not a fancy place. Great for big groups.

There's actually not that many NY style pizzerias around the bay so this one was a blessing to have close to our hotel. We ordered a large half pepperoni half combination for pick up and it smelled amazing driving back to the room. The pizza was large, delicious and nicely chewy but a tad too oily. Although I've never been... More

Our table had the garlic knots, a large pepperoni pizza, and a spironi (not sure if I'm spelling that right) dessert. The garlic knots were warm and had just the right amount of garlic. The pizza was brought out very quickly and was cooked to perfection, especially the crust. The spironi is a slice of ice cream shaped like a... More

I ordered the weight watchers pizza with lots of good veggies and the cheese sticks. The pizza was great and I had a good overall experience. The cheese sticks were chewy and good as well.

We have been on the pizza hunt to replace our favorite place hangout (fave place sold so owner could retire :( ) Giovanni's pizza was edible, but ho hum at best. We had the thin crust combination: tomato sauce was flavorless, pepperoni was salty, pizza toppings were skimpy; pizza menu was lackluster and unimaginative. Two of us easily consumed and... More

We went there for a "quick" lunch and had pizza and pasta. If you share a medium pizza with two people, that's plenty! Rosario does his best to keep up with the crowds during lunch! We also had the cannelloni which were simply delicious. A nice Italian place!

Nice dive pizza place. The pie is a little thicker than I like but very good. Table service and reasonable prices. They also have pasta and sandwiches.

Our search for a good pizza in Silicon Valley continues. This is not it. Giovanni's offers decent pizza at decent (for this area) prices. I am not a NY pizza fan and don't like burnt crust which Giovanni's often delivers. Other than that, toppings are typical and in decent quantities, cheese is sparse (boo!), and the crust is fine when... More
