Simple fare. Great views and mighty tasty. Highly recommend whether passing through or staying a few days. We had several meal and beverages here. Hidden gem.

You can’t get any closer to the ocean than this! Stand in line for a burger and shake and then eat it sitting on the sand of Stinson Beach! Life is good!

The tacos were a disappointment but their housemade lemonade rocks. Great staff with good vibes. The place is very beautiful with a great view!

We stumbled upon this hidden gem after our hike at Muir Beach. We wanted to drive north on highway 1 and this is the first town we came too. We asked a local where to go and this was where we landed. They have wine,...cold beer, cocktails and plenty of Mexican food. We had the house made chips and guacamole that was delicious. The place is adorable and was a perfect way to end our day.More

What a great place on Stinson Beach! Don’t be fooled by the exterior look. This place has a great menu with options to satisfy many palates. And they source locally, like soft serve made from buffalo milk from a farm in Marin, which is awesome....Great guac and shrimp tacos. Wish we were hungrier to try more dishes. Also, more choices for wine than beer! Love it. Finally, they have the best signage for keeping everyone in check and fair, like the signs for order first, then take a table - hopefully prevents those annoying folks who grab tables before ordering! Also the sign for treating the condiments as that, not as a meal! Love it. And then there’s the views, wow. Super friendly, knowledgeable staff. Love this place.More

Good selection of burgers and excellent milkshake (Oreo). Fish Taco I had did not have much fish and corn tortilla was a bit soggy. But the ingredients were fresh.

What a great spot. Located right on the beach with wonder full view or you can take your food right out to the beach to enjoy. Had the fish tacos and they were fantastic, everything was very fresh and the simple ingredients were perfect. Very...friendly customer service. It’s a little hard to get a table when its busy, but be willing to share and it works out. I’m already looking forward to going back.More

We stopped in Stinson Beach after our hike up Mt. Tamalpais. We heard about The Siren Canteen from Yelp and it did not disappoint. Great location right on the beach and plenty of parking. I had the carnitas nachos (which were the hit of the...day) and the hubby had a hamburger. The hamburger was tasty but nothing special. Overall we recommend this lunch spot and would return when in the area again. I think next time I'd like to try the tacos or quesadillas.More

We came here twice. Once we just got drinks. My sister-in-law requested the boozy buch! And the rest of us had plain kombucha which is on tap and tastes more like punch then a sour kombucha. The next time we visite d we ate lunch...and loved the hamburgers, guacamole and chips, and tacos, another group in our party shared their nachos which were also good and a huge portion. Fun place on the beach. This a perfect beach spot for a bite to eat. There are a lot of choices and I hope to go back and try a few more. On Friday the line was only 2 deep. Today it was around the...corner so I plan to go back later.More

We went here after finishing the Dipsea Trail, and we really enjoyed our lunch. The menu is fairly extensive and includes burgers, nachos, tacos, and burritos. There are gluten free and vegetarian options. It is an open air cafe with sheltered seating and outdoor picnic...tables. It was fairly crowded but worth the wait.More

We did a "day at the beach" at Stinson Beach on a warm day in mid April. The line was long; however, it was worth the wait. I had not read the reviews and was not aware of this place except for the "Food" sign...on the lifeguard tower. Apparently, we were to stay away from the Carne asada as there was little meat! We had the Blue cheese Burger with a Banana milkshake and a fish taco with wine. The presentation was fresh and each of us enjoyed our meal.More
