A great place to go with friends and hang out for good drinks and food. All of their food is really good and their drinks don't skimp. They have a good salsa/guacamole/chip bar and have some arcade games for the kids.staff is friendly and very helpful.

I'm a bit of a regular here. The food here has always been good. Great variety on the menu. Very casual with interesting decor. They say "Home of the 5-star Margarita"... that is hit & miss. I've had best & worst ever there.

Huge array of liquor at bar, mostly locals enjoying a fun environment. All you can eat chips and salsa (it's addicting!) tonight is karaoke night! I had the most delicious grilled fish taco ever! My husband had the tri-tip plate and all he left behind was a little cold slaw. My father-in-law had the fish-n-chips and enjoyed that too. Price... More

Good old fashion "working class" BBQ chicken joint with a (slight) Mexican theme. There are two in Simi, we call the east end location Biker Chuy's, and the west end is Contractor Chuy's… for obvious reasons. It's not a quiet place so it's great for kids, and they have a kids' menu. No need to dress up, after a few... More

Chuy's have been around I guess 20 years we started eating at the moorpark venue the later 2 opened in simi, the food (chicken) is always spot on and the salsa selection is way cool. If there is a downside and I've been to maybe half a dozen of them and maybe it's the time I go...they tend to be... More

Casual fun filled venue with good food. A little noisy at times, but a good time is had by all. It attracts a younger party crowd on weekends. There was a live band when we were there on a Sunday.

Chuy's actually has two locations in Simi Valley, this one on the West side, and another on Los Angeles Ave at Yosemite on the east side. Chuy's is family friendly Mexican and American cuisine serving a wide variety of dishes. They make a mean tri tip and roasted char broiled chicken too. Fish and shrimp tacos, are really good too....
