Always friendly staff, nice clean location. Salads are generously sized and baked goods are done right!

I live in Madison, WI and have always enjoyed the delicious salads at Panera. Being in an unfamiliar area and wanting a quick lunch, I thought this Panera in Santa Rosa would be a good bet. WRONG! I had the chicken salad, which contained oh so cold chicken, a few kernels of corn and lettuce. The lettuce definitely had seen... More

The Santa Rosa Junior College 1:30 pm performance of the Music Man is over two hours so I met Francoise for lunch before the play. Initially we were going to have dim sum but the establishment was so noisy that we decided to go elsewhere. That elsewhere was the Panera it had been recommend by a classmate and turned out... More

I don't get chain deli places the bread sucks and the quality of the meat is not great. It is just food to fill a hole.

My salad was clean and fresh, just like I ordered it and the service was so fast. Just amazing how a great meal is served so efficiently and fast. After lunch we came back and order some bread and pastries to go. I will always buy my bread at Panera! The staff was friendly also and had great smiles on... More

Very good homemade breads and rolls. They also have homemade soups and sandwiches. It is worth trying.

Panera is one of my favorite food stops. They have amazing service and if anything is wrong with your order they will replace it for free. They have amazing food and pastries. So amazing I cant even say how amazing it is. Get a hot chocolate and they top it with whipped cream, caramel and chocolate sauce and bits of... More

This place never disappoints. Very quick service. Good good. Smiling and friendly staff. Good parking. This is one of the better branches in the Panera chain. The only drawback is that all Panera restaurants are a bit over-priced.

I usually LOVE Panera, but this location is mediocre. It has a great atmosphere but the products don't seem to be on par with other Panera restaurants. Breads always seem really dry and the sandwiches unappealing.

Living in Utah, I have been intrigued by Panera Bread ads on TV. They do not exaggerate. My sausage and egg panini was one of the best chain restaurant breakfasts I have ever enjoyed. For my money, you cannot go wrong here.
