The clientele is the main attraction. It's a lively crowd and Irish food is good. I'd prefer to travel to Dublin for local fare and music. The drunks smoking in the entrance isn't my favorite feature of this long-time local favorite.

Staff ok and bar area clean , good choice of drinks expensive by our standards , nothing special, no Irish music playing just Irish bits on the walls

Nice bar with friendly staff. Four of us had fish and chips and the portion was big and the taste was great. There was a band playing American bluegrass and they were very enjoyable. Would have preferred something a bit more Irish as apart from...More
Wandered in to watch a UK football match and had a couple of rounds of drinks including a rather passable Guinness and a shared plate of breaded chicken. The place is a little down market but i think thats the charm.. I would go back..
$9 a Guinness at an Irish Pub? Too much. But really good food. I suggest the chicken tenders with buffalo sauce.
Spent Sunday afternoon exploring Santa Monica and Venice Beaches. Needed a pick-me-up after miles of walking and found it in the food and drink at Finn McCool's. A cool Irish pub recommended by our motel hosts up the block. The place has lots of dark...More
