We always come here for lunch when we're craving Mexican in Santa Cruz. Everything is good! Never had a bad meal here. The service is pretty good too. If you like seafood my husband highly recommends the seafood enchilada, he loves it! They also have very good chips and Iced tea.

Title says it all. Seriously, the best chicken enchiladas I've ever had; and I'm an extreme Mexican food enthusiast. The enchiladas were juicy and FULL of flavor. Will definitely be back for more next time I'm up in Santa Cruz!

Been going here for years. I have never eaten a bad meal here. Great chips and salsa, the carne asada is awesome. For lunch I love the chicken mole, ceviche or shrimp burrito. For breakfast the huevos rancheros is always good, the seafood soup hey have on the weekends is super yummy! And of course you can't forget the tasty... More

I've been going to the Palomar a very long time. I've tried most of their food and have never been disappointed. I like to bring out of town friends here. Their lunch menu has a Tostado Salad that is perfect after a workout at the gym. With lean marinated chicken, whole beans, sliced avocados, a little cheese and a lot... More

Visited on a Monday night from out of town. Greeted friendly and quick, free corn chips n salsa to start. I had a big veggie burrito with a big salad, delish and too huge to finish. My partner had chicken enchilada which he enjoyed and also couldn't finish. Very impressed since a few reviews are negative. Reasonably priced too, 2... More

We met Michelle a very nice young and intelligent woman that made our experience there even more enjoyable, Food was excellent, Oysters on the 1/2 shell were bluepoints and... More

This is a restaurant that I always go to with my family. It is not the best Mexican food I have ever had, but it is certainly good. Lunch is a better value than dinner. The fish dishes are good, and the tostada is yummy with shrimp....tacos good..and tamales.

I was here 5 years ago and had a good memory of very good Mexican food. That is why I went here again and we were greatly disappointed. The food was not good at all, we did not enjoy it. It was tasteless and it was lacking quality. The waitress was really friendly and nice though!

Nicely decorated restaurant. Food was good, citrus vinaigrette salad dressing was outstanding. Service was fast and friendly, and the chips were always full.
