One of us had fish and chips and the fish was delicious and the french fries were ok as we have had better. The club sandwich was ok as we have had better. The crab melt was good and the fruit salad that was chosen as a side was really good. We sat outside and the view was stunning as... More

Quick, hot and my waitress, Susan F. is a keeper! I had the Scrambled Up with chile's, onions and tomatoes finished with cream cheese...hearty and delicious! Coffee refills were readily available from all staff members. Perfect view overlooking the harbor. Parking lot within the harbor area was $2 per hour.

This is my favorite place to have breakfast on a sunny morning in Santa Barbara. The breakfast omelets are excellent here, and I especially enjoy the ones with lots of avocados. My husband is fond of the meat-intensive ones. Other patrons seem to enjoy their waffles and pancakes. They have nice fresh fruit, and the service is excellent. The protected... More

That was my first meal in the US restaurant and such a good choice!!!! The please is next to the Ocean, during the sunny day many small hummingbirds fly around you. Food just great! For the first time in my life I ate fried coconut shrimps -lovely! We also tried fried scallops and some fish risotto. If somebody likes sauces... More

Not crowded at all on a weeknight. Expensive, but good inside or outside View of the harbor and a very cute restaurant.

It's hard to mess up a Cobb salad and chicken wings. Not the case here. The salad was pressed turkey meat, canned olives and over ripe tomatoes. The chicken wings were cool, fatty, stringy and frozen for way to long. Never coming back, total garbage food.

My wife and I had the clam chowder for lunch. Hers was a regular bowl and I had the bread bowl and some good beer. We sat on the outside patio overlooking the marina.

my husband and I stopped off for a quick dinner here. Service was fast and the food looked good. Unfortunately, we were both quite ill within four hours. We had consumed nothing else in the meantime, so our meal at the Breakwater was the culprit.

A really nice outside seating area down by the marina for a very good breakfast in the sunshine. A very appealing place to eat with lots of flowers and palms in the gardens surrounding the restaurant. Recommend
