Wonderful innovative Latin cuisine was served by a very personable and knowledgeable server. Our favorites were octopus carpaccio, a masa ball with delicious cheeses, and a pork belly taco on a handmade corn tortilla. Unusual wine list with Spanish and even Mexican wines.

It may not be the case if they have only a few tables, but for our group, this place just did not work. We were here for the Film Festival, and there were two tables, poorly laid out with waiters constantly bumping the guests because...More

Flavorless wines, no bar, tapas style, but very slow. I would suggest that one kitchen for two restaurants doesn't work. It wasn't busy, but it took a long time. Although they emphasized sharing, many dishes were too small to share.

Description
Welcome to Oveja Blanca Restaurante! Chef Robert Perez has, for a decade or so, longed to cook the foods of South America and beyond. Connecting with his heritage and the cuisine he grew up with. With the creation of Oveja Blanca, black sheep's little sister, he is striving to capture the essence of many Latin cultures and countries, and provide a vehicle for our guest to nourish the soul and gather with friends and family to experience foods that tantalize the palate as well as stimulate the mind and eyes. Through food and drink, the restaurants goal is to celebrate the story and spirit of Latin culture around the world, from the past to the present day and on into the future. It aims to provide a convivial experience that leaves its guests positively transformed. All of our products are sustainably sourced, organic and local as much as possible. That does not mean we do not welcome foods from further away when a beautiful ingredient lends it's self to help enhance our cuisine. But it is with great intend that we first strive to create as small as possible carbon foot print. Come celebrate life with us! The Perez Family
