Two of us had dinner on November 2. We both selected the fillet. It was served with mashed potato and broccoli. Steaks we cooked perfectly and very tender. They were topped with blue cheese. Dessert was Three Twins strawberry cheesecake, ummm. Highly recommended and we will return

We had a nice dinner here though the menu is somewhat limited. It is very convenient if you are staying at the hotel and the prices were reasonable. I would eat here again, but it is definitely not a 5 start restaurant.

My wife & I were staying at the "Embassy suites hotel". However not wanting to go out driving to look for a restaurant to dine at after a day of driving. We decided to eat at the restaurant within the Embassy suites called the "Grille 101". It was probably a great decision because the restaurant is truly excellent. First the"Maitre... More

Average food .... but good service & nice staff! The price also acceptable for a hotel restaurant! It was nice that I could take it to the room to finish it!

We stayed at the Embassy Suites where this is located, but I was surprised at the high quality of the food for dinner. We ended up eating here nearly every evening. The seafood offerings were fresh and tasty. Salads fresh and inventive. The kids menu was cheap and had plenty to eat. Worth a visit, even if you're not at... More

Great breakfasts, ok lunch and dinners. Made to order omelette, eggs, and pancakes set this place apart from usual Hilton breakfast buffets. Have found better places such as Tomatina and Il Davide

Menu items are different and varied - few items are your common every day things, but others are unique and not often seen. Everything I have tried tastes great.

Came in after the Embassy Suites evening reception ended. Told the server we were on low carb diets and they quickly altered the menu to serve us a scallop dish on greens. Very nice, very friendly, quite enjoyable. Not bad when you are tired and don't want to leave the hotel for dinner.

This is not a destination restaurant. It is a place for someone staying at the hotel to grab a quick burger and beer when they don't feel like going out. The staff, to a person, is friendly and efficient.

We were staying at the Embassy Suites and were tired so we decided to take a chance on Grille 101, even though it was fairly deserted. We ordered the calamari which was bland and unappealing. The burgers were decent but nothing to rave about. Nice waiter. Probably would not go back there.
