The salads and pita sandwiches are great. You order at the counter and they bring the food to the table.
Jaffa is a small restaurant run by a Palestinian family who are very, very friendly. The food was delicious but there could have been more on it on the plate.
Two years ago, on a road trip through California, we stopped at Jaffa Cafe. The hummus and pita were amazing and we agreed to revisit the next time we were in town. Well, it took 2 years but we finally made it back. This time we did take out and enjoyed the amazing chicken kabob plates and lots of sides... More
This wouldn't have been my first choice, but I wasn't leading the group. I was very pleasantly surprised at the amazing flavors in the Shawarma Pita Wraps! Now I'm sold and I'll be back!!!

My wife and I got take out from Jaffe's and it was fantastic. Relatively inexpensive and plenty of it. I'd recommend it more for lunch than for dinner, especially if you want to drink. The sell wine by the bottle, but limited selection. If you do go at night...no corkage fee.
I visited Jaffa's San Luis Obispo cafe. The pita bread is so good. Many tasty items on the menu from your gyro to appetizers. I will definitely visit again.
