Went to bottomless mimosas with a group of 10 on Sunday for brunch. They started out bringing two 1 liter glass which sufficed the whole group. But as more parties started to show for bottomless, the waiter started coming less frequently (once every 30 minutes) and would only bring one 1 liter pitcher that was filled only 2/3s of the... This restaurant has interesting decor, is conveniently located downtown, has a nice seating outside for guests, and good, quick service. However that is not what I am here to tell you about. On a whim, I ordered the avocado-tomato eggs benedict and I was in food heaven. The deliciously salty and perfectly cooked different kinds of potatoes to the salsas... More

The menu is very interesting and offers a number of vegetarian dishes including paella and tacos. In my earlier life I ate regular paella (including in the cradle of paella near Valencia), and I can say that Luna Red's vegetarian version is excellent. The tacos were also interesting especially given the wonderful sauces that are served along with them. The... More

I've always loved this place for its Spanish fare, but the options have definitely decreased. Food tis time was uninteresting and somewhat bland, even with the sauces. (I had Al Pasor taco and Coconut Lime Shrimp). The queso was runny and no goat cheese 'punch' to it. My daughter had a ceviche which was over-citrus...she didn't finish it. My favorites... More

Delightful ambience beneath tall propane heaters, after Thursday night farmers market saunter. Terrific service, wine and dinner. Highly recommend.

We had been to Luna Red a couple of times while passing through from LA to SF, and found it to be a wonderful experience. The help was friendly and professional, the ambience delightful, especially in mild weather when the patio was in use. The menu, eclectic and fairly priced. All in all, a five star experience. So why only... More

Never visited this restaurant before since it downtown and typically a hard to find a parking spot. Tonight we were successful and got a fairly close spot around the corner. HH is 3 to 6pm and on Wednesday's it $1 oysters on the half shell. The oysters were good and tasty but a little on the small side. Not sure... More
