We often go to Esquire Grill before a show at the Community Center Theatre and are always pleased with the food and service. We started with the deviled eggs, which are the best I have had anywhere. This time I had a lovely grilled salmon on a bed of risotto cooked with asparagus & spring peas that was so delicious... More

A very nice venue to visit. Attractive and clean, there are tables and booths. You are treated nice and the menu is very attractive to all varietal choices. I could eat their another time to try out other items on the menu. The movie is next door, so you might consider a date night! This is a definite must to... More

We alternate among the several choices within walking distance of the theater for an after the play, or before the play, dinner. I always look forward to the Esquire Grill. They serve tasty cocktails, provide experienced waitstaff, and the meals are delicious. I frequently will order the Petrale Sole and my friend most recently ordered the ribbon pasta. We were... Definitely try the baked brie, delicious! The staff was courteous and attentive but not overly o. The food was delicious, my colleague had the pasta special and I had the Louie (shrimp salad). I'd go back. We had the banana cream pie for dessert with some port. Lovely meal, great location downtown and I enjoyed the environment. Large restaurant but... More

The Esquire Grill is just across the street from the huge Community Theater, and is the perfect spot for a before theater dinner. The atmosphere is very festive, with excellent service and white tablecloths. Drinks are excellent, but unfortunately the food is only adequate . . . it appeared "assembled," rather than chef prepared. So, I would go again when... More

We love the brie and the ahi poke. It's our go too place for a quick bite before the theater. Interesting use of sweet potatoes as chips to scoop up the ahi. Yum!

I wish there was a 4.5 star rating. Had lunch and the entire place was booked so sat at the bar. Had a delicious meal. Chicken sandwich, glass of sparkling wine, ice cream with a glass of Inniskillin Vidal Ice Wine. This would have been 5 stars had my party been able to sit in the dining room, but it's... More

I've always enjoyed the atmosphere of Esquire Grill. The menu is a bit limited, but, everything listed is incredible. The drinks are strong and the service was good. My friend ordered the fries and macaroni and cheese in addition to her salmon. The Mac and cheese had a crispy coating that balanced the cheesy noodles. It was delicious! The Caesar... More

Have recently been there twice now to eat before events, and both times had a wonderful experience. Their dinner specials need to be considered - had salmon that just melted in my mouth! Perfectly seasoned and cooked. The butternut squash soup is divine! Friend had Esquire Grill's hamburger, again perfectly cooked and delicious. I don't know what it's like when... More

This place is great when they're on a roll, but when they're not they really drop the ball. I've been here a few times. The first time I cam they ran out of the Fish dish, the second time I came they were out of another dish they were offering. The service is generally always good, but I have been... More
