Enjoyed lunch the other day with a friend at Vesta. The salads are yummy and offer a nice sophisticated choice of ingredients. We went for a pizza that was really good, quality ingredients. There is a back room with portable gaz heaters. The service was quick and friendly.

Okay, I have mixed feelings about giving this Redwood City gem an excellent rating because it's already difficult to get a table here. But this hip, little restaurant is one of my favorite places in the Bay Area. I always start with one, or two of their tasty veggie dishes, such as the roasted carrots or the Brussels sprouts. I... Fantastic and creative thin crust pizzas. Flavors and toppings you would never imagine on your own. The side dish vegetable orders are equally creative and delicious. The only trouble is getting a seat. Great outdoor seating in front and back as well.

This place is good at pizza. They also have really great appetizers, and I'll have to go back to try the desserts. Having a reservation is helpful, especially at busier times, but not always necessary. The pizzas are interesting, good sized for the price, and totally delicious.

I've read rave reviews about Vesta and several friends have recommended this place. This was my second visit and my opinion is about the same as my first visit. I feel that the food is good, but not particularly excellent. We had the beet salad and prosciutto & pinepple pizza on the first visit, both good. Today, we had the... More

We visited the restaurant one cold rainy night. They had a cauliflower appetizer to die for. Pizzas were thin crust. Had the vegan pesto with fear since i love my cheese on the pizza. Turned out awesome. They had a Mexican Chocolate Bread Pudding that was amazing. The waiter was fantastic. Service was most excellent. Highly recommended

Very small dim lit pizzeria that takes limited reservations. Walk ins get a small choice of tables set aside. Best to sit outside when weather is nice. Wine list is better than most pizzerias. Their creative wood fired pizzas, the sausage and honey, is delightful to have with a burrata small plate for a tasty meal. Friendly staff. Very hip... More

This restaurant offers five star service, excellent pizza, salads, hot small plates and dessert out of a remodeled bank on Broadway. i recommend any of the pizzas, the arugula and hazelnut salad and any dessert they serve. Excellent wines.

There are better pizza joints. This one is too expensive for the product. 2 small pizzas (thin crust but soggy) and 3 sodas, one appetizer came to $70 with tip.

This urbane and upscale pizza and Italian small-plates place is something the Peninsula has been waiting for. I'm usually a traditionalist when it comes to pizza toppings, but even their more unusual versions--sausage with honey!--work like a charm and are absolutely delicious. Small plates are very good, too, although I thought the bare-bones meatballs would have benefited from a little tomato sauce. The owners are very hands on and extremely welcoming, and the lively vibe would be right at home in SF or even Wine Country. A great addition to the Peninsula dining scene!
