This is a fun and good place to eat. They have 3 eating settings. The bar, the downstairs pizzeria and the upstairs "fancy" pasta place. I am not sure if you can order the full upstairs menu downstairs but I would think it should not be a problem, my guess they just divide the area due to "noise". The upstairs... More

Needed a Chicago style deep dish pizza fix in southern California - without traveling too far. Did an internet search and found Romano's about two cities away. Gave them a try and will definitely be going back! Visited on a Sunday night and ate downstairs in the pizzeria. The downstairs has a bar side and a pizzeria side. Ordered a... More

This place is a great gathering place, very social. Went recently with a group of guys for dinner and drinks. The place was buzzing, a lot going on and had a great feel. Services was great and drinks were good, the food was a mix of some good and some just ok. For starters, we had some fried mozzarella, bruschetta... More

I like this restaurant because it has a casual section which I like to use at night, ESPECIALLY, when I am in shorts and sandals (the bar & seating in the bar-with full service), as well as formal seating upstairs. It's a great place to visit for lunch of dinner. There are lunch specials, I really enjoy the chicken parmigiana... More

It's been a while since I was in the area but I needed lunch and this was the first place that I thought of. Had a pepperoni calzone that was too big to finish and I'm a big guy. Being able to wash it down with a Hangar 24 Orange Wheat Beer added to my enjoyment. I wish I was... More

I went there to pick up some Deep Dish Pizza at the request of a friend who by the way was a Chicago native. The pizza was for a party we attended that was in Arcadia. So I was was a bit surprised that he would want me to go so far out of the way to buy pizza, since... More

The terrible service completely overshadows the great food. Had the owners and management made as much of a commitment to service and atmosphere as they have to food, this place would be great. Romanos caters to its disrespectful, low-class bar patrons who run out on tabs and pick fights rather than its restaurant customers.

Celebrated a birthday with a pretty large group. Had everything from various pizzas to Calzones and the Saussge and Peppers Turnover which was my favorite. Everything was cooked fresh. The pizzas were good with lots of gooey and stringy mozzarella cheese. The calzone had ricotta and mozzarella cheese. One of my granddaughters had mac and cheese which was very good... More

OK, so when a restaurant opens up in California and claims to be a Chicago pizzeria ...I very leery. So I went...and no I didn't get the deep dish because honestly I never grew up eating that. What we did get was a thin crust pizza and an Italian beef sandwich. So my first time there I ordered both and... More
