Love the clam chowder bread bowl, the fish, clam strips and chips! Been there several times, everything is good at this place :) I recommend it to everyone!

Best in Redding and a GREAT value. They always give you more than you order and there is more than one choice for chips.

I'm picky when it comes to seafood, having grown up in a fishing village on the Atlantic coast, so am always reluctant to try new seafood away from the coast. The Lighthouse didn't disappoint me. Ample parking on-site, and courteous staff. Be aware of ordering the fish and chips - you get an extra piece of fish when you order... More

Lighthouse Fish & Chips is a nice little find here in Redding. I had a serious craving for fried clams one day and had to give it a try. While clams on the coast may be a bit more fresh, these were quite tasty! I also tried their clam chowder in a bread bowl. It had very nice flavor! All... More

Arrived in Redding CA. Road Weary Folks. Looking for a good meal at a reasonable price - internet search led us to you. Yummmm... Way too much food - very reasonably priced. We ordered two Lighthouse Platters. Amazed at the abundance of food!!!! For a party of two we should have ordered one. We were not hungry or unsatisfied after... More

I had the 2 piece fish and (tater tots instead of chips). They wound up giving me 3 fillets of fish and it was so good. The tater tots were hot and crispy. The food was so good I will definitely come back next time I travel here.

Great fish. Ordered 1 piece they gave us an extra piece. Like tartersauce with dill pickle flavor, this fell short on good flavor. Fish good. Coleslaw fair. Had a small glass of wine inexpensive. Been there twice for same thing, both visits bothetedby a pesky fly. That was annoying. I will try one more time.

Better than some on the coast witch is great for redding but not so much for the coast. I was raised on seafood in the summer at coast on as an adult very hard to find good seafood there now... this is great

We loved the food here. You get lots and it tasted great. It's deep fried battered fish. They have scallops and prawns. Casual atmosphere. Would go again.

Wife and I had never been, so she directed me to go. It was a busy place. Family friendly. Ordered fish and chips. We sat ourselves. Fish was slow to arrive and delivered at separate times. My fish was warm and greasy. So they cooked it at a low temp or because of the crowds, the temp of their fryer... More
