A classy, rustic setting complete with wood-burning fireplace. The menu is new and may surprise long-time patrons. On cool evenings bring a wrap even if seated inside, as the large double doors remain open for patio service. We had dinner and breakfast and were pleased with both. The service was excellent and the food was very good.

My wife and I had dinner out first evening in Rancho Santa Fe while staying at the Inn in the outdoor area of the restaurant. It was a nice evening looking out over the town.

While at a conference at the Inn at Rancho Santa Fe we ate most of the meals at this establishment, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The seating on the patio is very pleasant, the service impeccable, and the food well prepared and delicious. Good wine selection as well. A bit pricey, but that is to be expected in a resort such... Live in Rancho Santa Fe and visit The Inn aka Morada frequently. Can't say enough - this is a very historic building and historic village. The food is first rate, not too fancy, not too expensive - but they have a great chef in the kitchen. My favorite is to sit on the patio and watch the world of Rancho... More

The patio at Morada is a little slice of heaven...green lawns, prolific flowers, quaint architecture. The staff is very professional. I thought the food was delicious, if not ground-breaking.

The eggs Benedict was fantastic. The servers were all attentive and helpful. Enjoyed sitting out on the terrace overlooking the beautiful lawn and gardens.

Many Southern California restaurants try to take advantage of our usually clement weather by offering outdoor seating. Often, though, that means sitting next to the parking lot unless you're at a beachfront restaurant. At Morada, the outdoor seating is next to a huge, beautiful lawn, far from the street. It's an exquisite setting for delicious food. Try the braised short... More

This place misses the mark re: charm and atmosphere. Food is non-descript, and service is sketchy. Lots of people running around but not well coordinated. Too bad. This place needed some attention but it was done with a heavy hand in the style of "The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas" including the gold poof, giant horsehead paintings and the leather... More

The restaurant is very nice. The food is great and the outdoor dining area is beautiful. We ate lots of meals there and the service was a little spotty at times though.
