Friendly local diner ("Cafe") that serves the standbys; Meatloaf, Chicken Fried Steak, etc. The service is excellent and attentive without being 'tip vultures'. The food is good to great value for money. I recommend highly for family, friends and out of towners.

They are known for their monsterous cinnamon rolls. My sister in law ordered the cinnamon roll French Toast. It looked delicious. They have lots of other standard breakfast options too. If you just want something to go, stop in at the bakery.

Not crowded at all on a Tuesday night. Our meals were quite tasty. Reading about the cinnamon rolls forced us to order one for dessert. DO IT. Hands down, one of the best ever. We took most of it home to savor at another time.

I was driving through to explore inland southern California from Carlsbad on a Sunday. I found in on a Diner Drive Inns and Dives app I have and it did not disappoint. I stopped her at 6:10am and was the only diner for a while. The friendly staff are the main attraction here along with the large cinnamon rolls. I... More

Good food, good service but coffee not to my liking. Wife had best breakfast of 2 pancakes, egg, bacon and sausage for $5.99.

One of our favorites- I had the Chicken Cordon Blu which was tasty and large enough that I had lunch the next day on left overs. Wife had soup and salad which was great. Service was fast and friendly. However, room was cold. We were near door which allowed a rush of cold air every time door opened. Overall food... More

I grew up in this town live there for over 20 years and we always go to the café for breakfast and two time spend time with friends and downtown Ramon is really charming . I would highly recommend getting the desert as well. This is also been a place where my brother goes every single day before he goes... More

Had Chicken Cordon Bleu. Excellent and Big portion. I could not finish it all. My husband had a turkey dinner. He was not as happy with his meal though he did still enjoy it. Took home a cinnamon roll. It was amazing. Staff was friendly. Road from Escondido to Ramona was scary through the mountains especially in the dark.

We love this little cafe, with it's wonderful sticky buns and great lunches and breakfasts. Not fancy, but warm and friendly with high quality food.
