Great place for tasty Mexican food and on a nice day you can sit on the patio. Faves are shrimp tacos and grande steak quesadilla. Not to be missed and better than most of the Mexican restaurants in town.

I love Lengua, and it's been tough to find in NorCal. Taqueria Carnival has delicious lengua, served swiftly, and reasonably priced. Great for take home or eat in and enjoy the atmosphere.
Northern California isn't known for great Mexican food, but Taqueria Carnival challenges that notion. Authentic and delicious, this super clean establishment serves food to delight any Californian and Mexican. And they even serve horchata. Olé!

El Carnival is part of the best Mexican food restaurants in Northern California. The Al Pastor anything is so flavorful and the Seafood Soup is amazing. We moved from Nor Cal about 10 years and this is this is the place I miss the most...More
