We've been going to Pismo forever and never of Penny's. Breakfast was great and lots of food. Atmosphere was quaint and patriotic. Always a line to get in.

Small cozy place, Crowded, but food was great and the service excellent. Highly recommend. Perfect place for a weekend breakfast !

Penny’s is the best place if you wanna try a real American breakfast. This is diner is informal and offers a great choice of typical food. Waiters are very helpful and willing. Good also for lunch and dinner, non too expensive.

Decent breakfast. We had veggie omelette, broccoli was passable, more raw than al dente. But that may be a personal choice. Pancakes are good.

Loved this cafe and can't wait to come back. Delicious breakfast. Perfectly cooked eggs, bacon, pancakes. Fabulous Bloody Mary!! Sat on the patio which is just lovely.

The staff was friendly and helpful, providing amazingly quick service. They were busy, but they took care of everyone. Delicious breakfast!
