I have been visiting this area for many years and we always stop at this store! Pescadero is small but don't let that fool you! This store has many delicious things! Usually I come for the bread which is heavenly! I've also indulged in their homemade pies. This time we got sandwiches, "The Godfather" and Chicken pesto. Both were delicious,... More

Been going here for quite a few years. You can't lose with any of their pastries (always fresh). Also highly recommend their chicken club sandwich. It's pretty big; you might be able to share with someone.

Got the croissants while they were still warm - so good, especially the chocolate croissants. Bear claws are huge and Artichoke Bread yummy. Found out you can order bread online to be mailed home - looking forwards to doing that.

They are well equipped with Italian food. From this and their own bread they are making sandwiches. Try the Godfather, OMG...

Arcangeli is a great stop in Pescadero to pick up your picnic. Their fresh bread is WARM and amazing, but you won't be able to get a loaf home, it's too good not to nosh on.

The garlic artichoke bread is amazing! Make sure your loaf is warm from the oven. There is a picnic area around back where you can eat your treasures. Cups for wine, forks, knives, and napkins are all provided. They even have a corkscrew to borrow. Excellent shop, amazing food finds.

We stopped here having read some rave review about their breads. We bought the garlic artichoke, the garlic sourdough and some cinnamon bread. We also ordered a spicy grilled cheese sandwich and some pesto pasta to enjoy at Bean Hollow State Beach. The sandwich had a slow build to the spice so we were glad we shared it as a... More

A small store in this quaint village. A good place to purchase munchies. The artichoke bread is very good and you must buy a loaf. They also have olallieberry pie--and that is rarely seen outside of Cambria, California. Their handmade sandwiches are very good. For some reason, there are no diet sodas. Walk to the left outside and take a... More

The breads get 5 stars. The market is very nice of course, with a nice selection of meats, but the artichoke bread.....oh my.
