My husband and I love Peruvian cuisine and the food here is absolutely delicious. But the wines.....a sad, small list of non-local wines in the heart of Paso Robles wine country. Why? The location is odd - on a suburban golf course abutting the pro...More

Location is kind of odd. Not really set up for a restaurant, more of a lobby to a hotel. Had a reservation for 2 but that didn’t seem to matter, sat us in a corner in extremely close proximity to other guest. When I say...More

Had not known of this restaurant until invited by friends. Very nice atmosphere and the food was very well prepared. The lamb shanks were very nicely done, and the mushroom ravioli was awesome. Plenty of parking and the staff was very attractive to us.

Exquisite cuisine. Peruvian, Italian. Lovely wine list. Welcoming service but a little slow. Don't be in a hurry.

This Peruvian restaurant was all about the presentation of the food. We had a large group so we were seated outside. Unfortunately, it was way too hot for that even though the winds were starting to pick up. It had been 106 during the day...More

Ok restaurant food wise and only based on the appetizers we had. The cold appetizers were very good, especially their sashimi grade fish. I had Peruvian food before but nothing on the fancy side like Mistura. The restaurant itself is beautiful. Was disappointed with our...More

This is a Peruvian restaurant situated on a golf course. We were there with a party of 8. The service was good as was the food. Very oriented to fish and a reasonable selection of meat dishes. The menu needs work as the descriptions are...More

When we went there, we were on vacation and I wore jeans, and my wife or something casual – although she is ALWAYS smarter than me when we go out! You will be fine any kind of casual wear.

The term Mistura condenses the essence of Peru, a reflection of their people and the country's cuisine, a marvelous mix of cultures of invaluable heritage. Our Mistura is a modern Peruvian restaurant that is as dynamic as the country it celebrates and its biodiversity. Mistura captures the multicultural spirit of Peru, blending its Native Pre-Columbian and Incas gastronomic heritage with the Spanish, Italian, Chinese and Japanese influences that embody the country's vibrant cuisine. Mistura is a true homage to the diversity of Peruvian food by proposing flavors that are once familiar yet adventurous and unexpected
