Perry's Joint rocks because of Perry and his wife. They have created a great neighborhood space around fabulous sandwiches, coffee and milkshakes. It's great for kids and adults of all ages. The "theme" is Jazz and the place is decorated with iconic jazz record covers and photos. Jazz plays in the background and on Tuesday nights, local musicians gather for... More

Perry's Joint is always a great place to get a sandwich, salad or ice cream and beverages. And if there is a nicer proprietor anywhere in the city I'd like to meet him or her. But if you happen to be in the area Tuesday evenings from @5:30 until about 7:30 or 8:00 you have an opportunity to hear some... More

Slipped in here after a mountain bike ride and really enjoyed the food, the people cooking and the ambiance. The facilities' motif is jazz. While you are eating you listen to it and view photos and paintings from back in the day. I had one of their sandwiches. Everything was fresh and tasty.

First time for me, and I get to enjoy the big band. Nice stack of meat and fresh veggies. Paired with milkshake and it's heaven. Cozy place and friendly staff. Next is the hot dog when we come back.

Found this out of the way sandwich shop on Trip Advisor, and just like the last review said, it was a perfect spot for a quick lunch before visiting JPL. Parked on a nearby side street. Half sandwiches were nice to see on the menu and were huge! Bottled water was warm.

What a great find. Looking for a place to stop for lunch before our JPL visit and found this place. Great vibe inside, like a relaxing coffee shop with tables inside and out. Park on the street. The sandwiches exceeded our expectations, lots of great veg included and nice flavors. They don't serve ham though? The roast beef was great.... More

Great sandwiches, wonderful ice cream, hot dogs, and community at Perry's Joint! Particularly love their corned beef sandwich, and on Tuesday nights there's live jazz and poetry!

A work friend of my husbands chose this sandwich shop for lunch. I wasn't so happy when I saw where we were going as it is not the best area of town, but it is so very clean and well kept. My husband loves hot dogs and I like them with chili on them, so that was our choice today... More
