There's a lot of hype in Palo Alto about this restaurant, and after eating there I suspect that all you have to do in Palo Alto to get people to flock to your restaurant is charge a lot of money. Dishes went from ok to...More

Expectations were high as this is a difficult place to get a reservation and maybe that colored our impressions. The seats were crowded, the sound level very loud, the service intermittent. Sadly, the food was very disappointing. I've eaten in Greece many times and this...More

Considering one of the very fine Greek restaurants in town. Must order the grilled octopus, lamb chop, lamp shank and the seasonal fish. Very packed restaurant and do make sure you make reservation ahead of time. There are good choices of wine to choose from...More

Easy to understand why it is always crowded. Food is delicious (I still think of that baked feta cheese...😋) and service is good. Try to make reservations in advance.

A very busy and popular restaurant. It's essential to book! Being so busy it felt a bit cramped and was noisy. Service was OK, as was the food, but it was nothing special. The lamb was nice but the flavour rather overpowered by the herbs...More

It is very good cuisine and always enjoy my meals there but reservations are difficult to get and forget a last minute. It’s good but I don’t understand the popularity. I guess it doesn’t matter. They are going quite well.

Not a specific separate menu - but plenty of gluten free choices on their regular menu. Menu is posted on their web site.

Sister restaurant of Kokkari, Evvia has been serving beautiful and elegant Greek cuisine since 1995. Fabulous fish, savory roasted meats, and sun-soaked vegetables are jazzed up with a spritz of lemon, a little olive oil, and herbs. There is perfection in simplicity.
