Love this place really - but somehow the food was really lacking both times I have gone (years apart too). This time food was rather chilly by the time it arrived with us. But the drinks (margaritas) and the vibe - and the friendly service totally made up for it. Sit outside for sure. You really should make reservations (otherwise... More

We have been happy guests in past years – and there are still some happy ones it seems. No complaints about the friendly and warm service, the salsa and the excellent margaritas – we liked the “skinny” (the diet version) better than the traditional one. The food, ceviche, mahi-mahi and a combination where not what we expected. Especially the combination... More

This place was decorated with some authentic decor that made it look quite nice and interesting. The staff was very nice and the service was excellent. The food was pretty good to. We came with family (with smaller kids) and friends. The salsa was good as well as fish taco, enchiladas as well. The flan was better than I remember... More

Loved the polite service in a warm inviting restaurant with great food. Prices are wonderful and location was so convenient.

This is a regular stop for us and normally we have a nice lunch. My husband ordered Chimichangas that he enjoyed. My salad was a disaster. First they forget the egg and told me it would be 10 minutes to cook the eggs, while my husband's lunch was getting cold. Then after 10 minutes I was told it would take... More

We had not tried any Mexican restaurants yet in Palm Springs, so after checking out reviews and menus we opted for Los Conseulas. It is definitely a family friendly place also from the way the waitress talked to several tables it was a local favorite. The salsa was chunky and mildly spicy. Tasty. I had the Chimichanga with shredded beef.... More

It was the last day in Palm Springs and after having had rain and cold weather, we finally got warmed up. We went to this restaurant that in the past had been great. Because of my memory of how it was, I took friends to lunch. The margaritas were watered down and the tortilla felt like leather. The guacamole and... More

Four of us ate dinner here recently and were very disappointed. The restaurant is small and the decor is attractive with nice paintings on the wall. The food, however, did not measure up to any of the Mexican restaurants we frequent in Southern California. I had a chicken chimichanga and they must have run out of chicken, because there wasn't... I ordered the tortilla soup with is one of my favourite soups. What a disappointment. It was thin, watery and the colour of dishwater. Next I had a shrimp taco. Again totally flavourless. I was sooo unimpressed.

I like the Original Las Casuelas a whole lot better than the bigger one down the street. We had very good food in a casual enviroment.
