Low key, casual place serves pretty good Chinese food. Seems popular for take out. We have had better hot and sour soup at other restaurants. Rate it fair. Happy Family was better tasting with much seafood and meats. Rate it good. Not a bad meal and reasonable prices. Free street parking nearby.

Completely tasteless rice and the worst Chinese entrée I've ever had in any Chinese restaurant in the world

While I can't comment on the location itself or the atmosphere, I can on the food. I ordered delivery one day through Postmates and, wow! I haven't been able to find great Chinese food until now. The chicken didn't have the fried, grisly pieces but instead plump juicy pieces. The white rice had the right about of stick to it.... More

From the outside and the inside we were surprised that the food we has was good. The food came out hot and exceeded our expectations. The service was ok but I wouldn't call it friendly.

As group of golfers we ate at a range of restaurants throughout the week. This one was by far the worst. Food choice seemed good but the reality of the dishes didn't live up to that. Bland and uninteresting. Ribs we had as starter came out cold and had to be sent back - no apology! Other dishes lacked any... More

I ordered the orange chicken. It was breaded chicken coated with orange sauce.. no veggies or water chesnuts. Was basic and tasty. Came with about a one cup portion of what looked like brown rice. I was satisfied as I was eating alone. The place is very bare and basic. I would eat here again, but if I was dining... More

Large menu, good food, atmosphere not so much. There was a slight odd smell to the place, but everything else was good. Service was great, friendly staff.

Not consistently fairly good. Some dishes are not to general Chinese standards. Items modified for Palm Springs. For example: Mongolian beef had no spiciness which normally is serve hot. Management said they do not add spice. Wonton soup had no flavor.

As a Palm Springs resident for most of the year, I have often frequented this restaurant when the Chinese bug grabbed me - especially since the food was well prepared, served hot, and portions large enough for leftovers for tomorrow's lunch. There is a new owner now, Mary, who is very personable and is carrying on the traditional food recipes... More
