While we have had good experiences here in the past, and the margaritas are really good, this time the waiter said the sangria was really good, so we tried a jug. $32 and it was terrible. One slice of orange in the glass, in an area where citrus is everywhere, was so disappointing. My seafood tacos were good, and large... More

We stopped in here without a reservation on Village Fest night. It was crowded but we got a table with plenty of room for the five of us. I don't know the name of our waiter, big guy, with a gold front tooth. So much fun and very, very good with recommendations. The food was a bit spicy for me... More

Loved the smoked chicken enchiladas and with wild coyote margaritas. The patio area is lovely, but make a reservation to ensure you get a spot.

Wow! For larger men who enjoy eating, it's not too often when we both leave part of our meal behind.

Prior to going to the Thursday evening Palm Springs VillageFest, we decided to have Mexican dinner and drinks. Margaritas and Tostadas for two were excellent. Having the insight to reserve a table for two in advance, allowed us to be located at a quieter outdoor location. It was a very relaxing and pleasant dinner experience!

I always have to stop here on every trip to Palm Springs for their margaritas. Just a warning. Be very careful on how many you have. They are very potent. Food is pretty good also. I had their steak burrito and was not disappointed.

Blue Coyote Bar and Grill Delicious Food. Great Bar. Fantastic Atmosphere. Went twice and were not disappointed. Try the baked artichokes and roasted garlic with spinach and cheese, it’s just unbelievably good. Also the Paella for two – fantastic. We sat at the bar the first night and met up with other people which was fun and the second night... More

As soon as we arrived in Palm Springs we headed straight to Blue Coyote and ordered a pitcher of Wild Margaritas. Until we've had that first sip we don't consider our arrival complete! You can dine inside or out, but who wants inside when the outside is filled with color and fun? When it's hot they turn on the misters.... More

The best swai fish with mango salsa.. I could have 7 of them by myself.. Very well prepared. The wait was about 20 minutes.. Me and my girlfriend sat at the bar. I was disappointed since I ordered Mojito and they did not make mojito since they had no mints.

It was a good enough restaurant. I live in a Southwestern state where most every restaurant is Mexican of some sort...so I am not the best judge....I enjoyed steak tacos....my companions both get a taco salad of some sort. They were both happy with their food. We sat in the bar on a Friday night. There was ONE server, and... More
