It is in a less-busy part of Palm Canyon Drive and is mainly used by locals, always a sign of good quality. A better choice for Mexican food than some of the other popular venues and less crowded.

We have eaten at the Blue Coyote a number of times over the years. It is always very busy, but the food is not very authentic or very memorable. It has the usual chips and dip along with upscale Mexican type food. It is just OK as far as I am concerned. My wife, however, likes it. I suspect most... More

Very nice staff. Clean A Rating. More importantly? Yummy red sangria, super tasty salsa, and their chicken mole! Holy cow!

The wait staff are Fabulous, the food is a great value and delicious. The margaritas are wonderful! Always a very good experience when we go here. Very attentive, fun waiters and the food is hot and fresh. They make sure everyone is happy!

The patio ambiance is great. An oasis in the desert....sort of. Very comfortable and relaxing and plenty of shade and misters to help cool things down. We ordered one of the restaurants specials, Tampico and a side of asparagus. The asparagus was great. And the Tampico was also......with the exception of the carne asada steak. While we'd like it well... More

We were a party of 15 and walked-in without reservations for lunch during spring break. The hostess was great she seated us within 5 minutes and took us to a nice private space in the back. Our server was awesome, he joked with our kids, made recommendations that we all loved and had just an overall super attitude. We will... More

We had a party for several people here. Poor service; just average food; over priced for what it was; certainly nothing special to set it apart from other nearby restaurants

We ate here with on the street fair night. We had a reservation, but there were still plenty of open tables. Service was good. Prices were ok. The food was just fair. I would think this would be a good place for drinks and apps before you go somewhere else for dinner.

While we have had good experiences here in the past, and the margaritas are really good, this time the waiter said the sangria was really good, so we tried a jug. $32 and it was terrible. One slice of orange in the glass, in an area where citrus is everywhere, was so disappointing. My seafood tacos were good, and large... More

We stopped in here without a reservation on Village Fest night. It was crowded but we got a table with plenty of room for the five of us. I don't know the name of our waiter, big guy, with a gold front tooth. So much fun and very, very good with recommendations. The food was a bit spicy for me... More
