I'll preface this review by saying we had just come off of the Skyline Trail (Palm Springs Museum to tram station hike) so I was starving and extremely excited to be dining in a restaurant drinking champagne. We enjoyed all of the food. Flatbreads, burgers,...More

A very elite restaurant at the top of Ariel Tramway. Enjoyed a very nice quiet evening with my friends at the top of the San Jacinto Mountain. Pleasant fine dining atmosphere, had a very nice waiter who was full of info. The filet mignon was...More

Large portions, fresh and well prepared. We had soup, salad, burger and BLT...all were excellent. It is almost worth the trip just for the fries!

OK, we read the negative reviews, but just "had to" eat here anyway. We had the primavera (OK, but a bit acidic), the lemon salmon (OK, but not great), and shared a caesar salad (good, but served as a head of romaine which needed to...More

Met some friends for drinks after riding up the Tram. It was my birthday, so we were looking forward to spending the afternoon with our new friends from Sydney, Australia. But, because we didn't have a reservation, even though they had a table, we were...More

After taking the revolving tram ride up the mountain to 8500 feet you come to 40 degrees cooler at top of the mountains! Gorgeous views of whole Palm Springs valley and plenty of picture spots. There is a little self serve cafe and also Peaks...More

Obviously at a place like this, you're coming for the view and not for the food or service. However, given that you can enjoy the view from anywhere or around the tram station, this does not make up for the disappointing experience. We came before...More

There are 5 Star restaurants in the valley that have better food but the view makes this truly unique. If you are budget conscious, the cost of parking and the tram tickets will put this overall experience out of range but, if you make an...More

Don't know, but why would you want to carry a bottle all the way up there, when their wine list is really quite good?

I think you would want to see the sunset from the balcony on the back side, but probably not the best view, you are on the peak looking down into the valley but the sun sets on the back side of that mountain.

Yes the tram is the only way there. The restaurant is in the same building as the tram 'station' when you get to the top.
