We have been here few times; the food is definitely upscale the flavors are authentic and delicious, service is great and they make yummy drinks. The downside is that is overpriced, we ordered steak tacos they were delicious and well cooked But that's all you get two small tacos no side dishes for over 22.00 dollars. Being Mexican I know... Overpriced and mediocre food. Clearly paying for the location, if one calls it that, but plenty of other much better Mexican food restaurants nearby. This is like your typical white girl mexican food place (and I'm white).

Long shaped resturant by the circle. The atmosphere has great hanging pieces of glass on the walls but seems over packed with tables. We sat across from the bar along a brick wall which was cool. The problem with this area is the people congregating waiting for a seat, nothing like looking at butts while your eating. The food, that... More

It's a bit of a drive from The Disneyland area, but totally worth it. The food was fantastic, and authentic, but with a bit of a modern twist. The service was second to none, and it was possibly the best sangria I have ever had. The price is a little high, but for a "one nice night" dinning experience on... More

There is an inviting patio that draws your eye toward Gabbis. Once the hostess seats you.. (or you walk up to the Bar..) You should try their well mixed (and generous) House Margaritas! Aside from Chips, Guacamole and Salsa, the Margarita is an important component to an enjoyable Mexican restaurant experience! They make fresh corn tortillas on the premises, just... More

Had lunch here. It was a very rainy day. Food was flavorful and on the lighter side which is great for lunch. We sat near the door and it was pouring so it was a little chilly they had to turn the heaters on and off because I guess they block up is what they said. Cute place. We asked... More

Many people I know love this place. Me- not as much. It is pricy. It is different from traditional Mexican food. The place is always busy so that validates how others feel. After all- it is always packed and they aren't even allowed by the City of Orange to hang a sign showing where their restaurant is!

Visited this informal and charming place one evening in early April 2016.No wait this time( The previous year we had had to wait 30 minutes, though worth it, as it is great to walk around and take in the picturesque town of Orange with its quaint stores and shops( closed at this time), bars and eating places.Parking could be difficult...
