I come here every now and then to get my cheese and charcuterie fix, but i do agree that it's pretty expensive for what you get. I love their pates and cheeses, and cocktails are very good, but expect to pay!

Met some friends for some pre-dinner cocktails. This is the place to go if you want a drink that is not watered down. I ordered a rum and coke and needed to order a side of coke. Our table enjoyed all drinks from sour beer,...More
The way for them to trick you is to slice the meat SO paper-thin and spread it on the plate to give the illusion of a generous serving. In fact for about $15 you get barely 2 oz. of meat, that is $120/pound!!!! Even for...More
A great neighborhood spot. The cocktails are top notch, the service excellent, and the cured meats extraordinary. If you try and go for dinner, you'll go home drunk and hungry.
You don't go here for dinner, you go here for well made cocktails, good list of Italian wines by the glass, and tasty pizza bites. If you are hungry for dinner, have a drink (and a plate of salumi) here, then walk down the street...More
This is my go to bar and cocktail. The food is also great. Casual atmosphere and great bar tending is a plus.
This is a good place - that simple. Interesting cured meats that taste wonderful and good cocktails (though not cheap by a long shot). It is also a 'cool' place to go. And don't forget their happy hour!
Wonderful ambiance, very spacious and great lighting. Polished granite bar, with a really incredible Italian wine list. One of the best I have ever seen in the Bay Area. Seth behind the bar is totally a great host and I let him choose wines for...More
I like meat, love it, but also like a balanced meal. The reason to come here is to eat deli meats, which are good, but rest of menu just doesn't inspire.
The rest of menu is also very good....small plates to be shared with friends over wine and good conversation. Place has a great neighborhood vibe with few pretensions.
